2.5G DML TOSA WDM

The CDTx02CXX0-Axx is designed for network monitoring and sensing

equipment related applications. The device integrates a high quality

directly modulated laser (DFB Chip) and a micro-TEC in the BOX package.

It is designed for use in small-size pluggable transceiver or taper-form

applications.The electric cooling device can ensure that the laser chip is

controlled at a certain temperature. This characteristic enables the application of TOSA module to reach the ambient temperature of 0 °C to +70°C

(industrial grade up to -40 °C to +85°C).At the same time,the device design

fully reaches the transmission rate of 2.5Gb/s.
