25G Cooled DML TO TOSA

The LDM5S603-1xx TOSA is a cooled, 25Gb/s transmit optical sub-assembly,

for 25G LAN-WDM applications, consisting of a high reliability, high performance EML laser, Built-in optical isolator, thermistor and

thermo-electric cooler.The high quality EML laser diode with TO package

can meet high power of optical transmitter system.

The TOSA is intended for use in SFP28-LWDM modules, serving the 25G

LR application for links up to 30km, per IEEE 802.3cc standard.
