The 4×25GBD-PAM4-PIN-BOX-LANWDM ROSA
is 1310nm receiver optical
sub-assembly, for 200G applications, consisting of
four high reliability,
high performance PIN PD ,internal quad TIA and an
optical de-multiplexer.
These elements are packaged in a hermetic, planar
package with an LC
receptacle. The electrical interface is through two flex
connects. The ROSA
can choose two working modes, MGC and AGC, controlled by I2C
and is
intended for use in QSFP28 -DD/CFP2 modules.
