The CDCx02CXX0 series is the optical subassembly (TOCAN) integrates

a high-speed DFB laser, a micro-TEC in a small form-factor coaxial

package. It is designed for use in methane gas sensor.It have the

features : Low threshold current、High output power、Near Circular

beam pattern、Very low TEC power、 consumption、Very high reliability

design、Laser qualified as per intent of Telcordia GR-468 and Operating

temperature range: 0℃ to +70℃.
