2.5G DML TOSA DWDM

The 2.5G/s transmitter optical subassembly (TOSA) integrates

a high-speed DFB laser, a micro-TEC and MPD in a small form-factor

coaxial package. It is designed for use in small form-factor pluggable

transceivers and other types of optical modules for high-speed telecommunication and data applications including SONET OC-48/STM-16

and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet.The opertating case temperature can be

commerce or industry.
