25G Cooled EML TO TOSA

The LDM5S606-10x TOSA is a cooled, 25Gb/s transmit optical sub-assembly,

for 50G PAM4 applications, consisting of a high reliability, high performance

EML laser, Built-in optical isolator, thermistor and thermo-electric cooler.

The high quality EML laser diode with TO package can meet high power of

optical transmitter system.

The TOSA is intended for use in QSFP28 modules, serving the 50G PAM4-ER

application for links up to 40km.
